I highly recommend this law group for any DUI or DWI charge. Their lawyer spent over an hour with me, answering every step of the process, despite saying it would prohibitive in travel time for them to represent me in my part of SC due to the distance.
They did however recommend another lawyer equally as experienced as them, close to me, and relayed all the information I told them. For an hour of their time and relieving my panic and sending me all the courses needed to get started, I owe them a debt of gratitude I will never forget, and appreciate more than be conveyed.
This firm is full of gentleman which is difficult to find today.

Just wanted to take a second and give this law firm and Kaycee some praise! I was given a little less than a month to get everything I needed done for court and Kaycee helped me get it done with days to spare. Starting with the initial consultation all the way up till the last court day. John and his team showed me nothing but 100% professionalism. When in court you don’t find yourself wondering if your attorney is there for only you or if he has other clients and cases he’s handling that same day at that very same court session. It was clear to me John was there for me. He did not stay on his cell phone constantly as so many attorneys do.

As for the outcome of my case. I could not have been happier. I was facing felony charges and I ended up walking out with only probation. The Bateman law team was worth every penny.

Upon our first visit to Bateman, we knew immediately they were not the average stuffy lawyers. They greeted us with a very relaxed atmosphere and never talked down to us at any time. Part of my decision to work with this group was due to great google reviews, so it is only right that I leave one at the conclusion of my experience. I had found myself in a situation where my job was potentially at risk should I be convicted of a DUI. I was scared, confused, and in shock. I assumed the worst case scenario going into the process. The team was welcoming and reassuring that they were on my side and able to get a better outcome for my case. They approached my case on a personal level, understanding the potential devastating effect on my professional career. Ultimately my case was dismissed and all charges were dropped. There are so many things about the legal system I don’t understand besides just accepting any and all charges, it’s hard to see other outcomes. Just know you have options and don’t go into the process without someone who can help you see/achieve that. I can’t thank the Bateman Law Firm enough and would recommend them to anyone found in a similar situation.

I cannot say enough good things about the amazing job John has done for me. I called him on a Saturday, in a full blown panic, expecting to get an answering machine. Much to my surprise, he actually answered the phone and took my call while at home! Not only did he take my call, he stayed on the phone with me for 45 minutes outlining everything we needed to accomplish at our first meeting, and assuring me that my life was not over. His fee was very fair and his payment plan was super easy and affordable! John was very personable when we met in person. Outcome greatly exceeded my expectations ! My case was not an easy one. I was extremely happy after I received the phone call once John negotiated the best possible deal – for me ! It was a sound investment on my part.
