The Bateman Law Firm has been picked for the Judicial Qualifications Committee by the South Carolina Bar.
The committee holds an important position in the selection of judges in South Carolina as they gather input from SC Bar members to submit to the General Assembly regarding judicial candidates. Their Greenville/Spartanburg Subcommittee is responsible for fifteen candidates this year, including candidates for a new judicial position, Seat 4.
The Judicial Qualifications Committee evaluates all candidates for selection to the South Carolina Supreme Court, South Carolina Court of Appeals, South Carolina Circuit and Family Courts and Administrative Law Judges.
